doca79 New Poster Offline my son sam has moyamoya and down syndrome Posts: 4 newcastle ypon tyne, United_Kingdom, europe Gender:	fainting episodes Apr 3^rd, 2008 at 4:24pm Hi, just some advise. Does anyone else suffer fainting episodes, my son fainted twice in the space of 20 mins at school, docs are not sure whats the cause.

moyamoi Ex Member	Re: fainting episodes Reply #2 - Apr 3^rd, 2008 at 7:14pm Usually fainting is caused by a drop in blood pressure - I have personally never experienced it, but if your son has MM it could be a sign that the blood is not flowing through well enough at certain times. But I am not a doctor so do not know And Denise, as said in another post I highly recommend you change your doctors

Thanks, he's going to have a seziere scan next monday to rule out epelepsy and other things. He had heart surgery when he was 5 months and going for a check up in june but his heart is fine. he does need further surgery on his left side as only had right side done. Going to see his consultant next month to get him checked out.
