I was really hoping to go to Dr. Steinberg but it looks like we won't be able to afford it.  Flights are high and 15 days in California are too many.  Does anyone have any suggestion for surgeons with significant experience in New England.  I like in Rhode Island. Dr. Scott in Boston suggested a Dr. Rose Du at Brigham and Womens but I don't see her mentioned anywhere.  I see information about a Dr. at John Hopkins but again, that would involve hotels etc.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
