Medications?

Hi everyone. I am new to this site, not new to moyamoya. I was diagnosed 10 years ago with unilateral moyamoya after several TIA's. I have been on the medication Aggrenox 2x a day for the last 9 years. Is anyone else on this medication and how has it worked for you?
I was having scans(mra/mri) done annually for the first 4-5 years, now every 2-3 years it seems. My neuro says there has been no change in my scans but am concerned now after reading a lot of the posts on here. 
Thanks to anyone who can enlighten me on any issues.
