Has anyone had post-op (7 years ago) headaches, with a secondary diagnosis?  Like perhaps a blood vessel pressing on a nerve to cause constant throbbing headaches?  Sometimes called trigeminal neuralgia.  People with moyamoya often have cerebral venous malformations which can cause this.
