Thanks so much. My friend is in the process now of appealing the denial. I am pretty sure they have obtained a lawyer. We are in South Carolina. Here they deny almost every one the first time. It almost seems like they want to see who is going to challenge them and who is just going to accept what they say. I will let you know how things go. It is great to know you are there if we have questions.
