You’re so right Janice, I hear it’s truly electrifying there in Detroit. You have to be so excited and I'm excited for ya! I gotta be honest with ya girlfriend, I’m so torn here and in a spot, cuz not only would I like to see the Tigers win for YOU, but Jeremy Bonderman is also a very good friend of mine, and I want him to do so well! So, when he’s pitching, I’ll definitely be rooting for him. BUT, botom line, the Cards
are my team and the underdog here, so at the end of 7 games, I gotta go with the Cards
! They’re so due!

So… I’ll take your wager girlfriend[smiley=beer.gif]Coors Light?? Smiley

I’m hoping it’ll be a great series, no matter who wins.

You weren’t with us at the first MM Las Vegas convention, but there was a very dear friend of mine that met me there, Mark, (I call him Fish) he’s in our MM photos, he’s from Washington State. Well anyway, Jeremy Bonderman is Fish’s brother-in-law. That’s where he lives off-season. So ya see that’s why I’m so torn, my heart is with Jeremy and I only want the best for him. They just had a little baby girl in June; so doing well in the Series will be great for his future. So a big part of me will be tickled if Jeremy pitches well and the Tigers win, but before I knew it was gonna be the Tigers in the Series, I was rooting for the Cards all the way. So what a predicament! Smiley

Heart verses loyality…geeez!

So all I can say is, I won’t be upset either way. What would really mean the most to me though, is having a glass of wine with YOU & a Miller Lite with Steph one day. Smiley

Oh, and about 1968… I was just a young'n then...lol.. and Ron, my hubby now, just left for Vietnam, so I can’t remember much about the World Series that year, but I do remember the amazing Mets in 1969. That was thrilling.
