My 11 year old Cara has
MM.

New artery network called??

I was thinking today about Cara's cartoid artery network....that MM is affecting and will eventually completely shut down...therefore she will no longer have any cartoid arteries...but the STA-MCA and EMS would have developed a new network by then to do the job. I was curious what they call that...we have ways to go to get there....I do pray that enough is developed before the rest of it goes.

But I can tell you that Kathleen's arteries have completely closed which means that the new network of blood flow must be doing a good job supplying her brain. She hasn't had any strokes in 2 yrs!
