Hello i just wanted to pass on some information onto us fellow moyamoya survivors which may or may not be a benefit to us all or some of us.  I had my surgery last june on the 18, 2004 I am doing very well and I am now starting to live the way i use to thank god it took a while but I'm back I just started taking this stuff called Xango whole fruit juice which contains MANGOSTEEN which is a fruit that comes from South Eastern Asia,  this is supose to be very good and enhances your life and helps release xanthones to the entire body which inturn helps heal the body,  good for people who have suffered strokes and helps repair nerve endings.  could this be good for us.  Well I have just finsihed a bottle which I took say a shot a day use it like mouth wash and then down it.  I think it does work and i will get a second bottle after that one I will post another posting telling everybody if I notice anymore change.  Please feel free to reply thanks
