Good afternoon,
  Lisa, Mark and I got to spend this morning with Lori and Kevin and then visited with Trina and her family.
  They are doing super.  Kevin is still in ICU on his way to the B-3 wing.  He looks great and sounds great.  When we first met him and Lori on Monday, Kevin was different than he was today.  He was very alert, positive and spoke with no hesitation of his thoughts at all today.  Lori is just beaming from how he is doing.  It's hard to explain unless you saw him.  It's just a beautiful thing.
  Trina is doing wonderful as well.  She was sitting up and eating when we saw her at noon.  And as she told us, she got up and walked a bit.  Her family is all there and seems so relieved after her initial surgery.
  I have to tell you this has been an extremely emotional week.  We got here on Saturday to get Mark back for his 3 month check, went to a reception on Sunday with other MM families and shared stories and met with the folks from Stanford(which is un heard of).  Go through a ton of tests with our son(4 Xenon doses-the computer kept going off lin) and watch Michelle go through them(Birthday Girl) and spend time with Lori and Kevin and Trina and her wonderful family and have dinner with Jill, Tara(Whom Mark gained a whole bunch of confidence from) and Campbell plus the cookout.  And saw all the great Dr.'s and nurses that gave such great care to our son.  You just can't imagine.

     I'm spent and humble and rambling like hell.  But it's been that kind of week.
