Hi Michelle!

Just wanted to let you know that when I first started having TIA's and symptoms similar to strokes, I was first misdiagnosed with vasculitis.  They started me on steroids at Georgetown University Hospital.  But I still thank the Lord that I was admitted there and had a battery of tests run on me to begin with.  After about 3-4 months, I was finally diagnosed with moyamoya by a neurosurgeon there. 

May I ask what has been done once you were diagosed with vasculitis?  Are you thinking of sueing?  Would be curious to know your thoughts.  I have thought about suing our local hospital because they never diagnosed me with anything but high blood pressure.
