Hey..thanks Ann and Kathy, Brian, Dennis, Mary Kate, Jay, Matthew, Christopher, Lindsay and Mackenzie for your birthday wishes. It's so cool....because it is still Thursday evening, Aug 4th waaaaaaaaaaayyy the heck over here across the Pacific Ocean. ; Grin

You know, sometimes we hear people fret over being "another year" older.....being "over the hill".....however, as you know....after facing MM (also cancer and diabetes for me).....it's such a blessing and more of a "celebration" to see another birthday come around....

"Mahalo Nui Loa!"....which means "thank you very much" in Hawaiian...for all your birthday wishes! Smiley

I spent a good part of my day with one of my girlfriends at the Cheesecake Factory. It was my very first time going there....wow! Shocked

I did pretty good...had a portabella mushroom sandwich and a 6 carb Cheesecake made with Splenda, ; Grin

Although, I did have to sit across of her as she ate her chocolate fudge cake with chocolate mousse filling!! Angry

hee hee... I was just happy I could find a dessert for people with diabetes.

Anyway, "mahalo" again! You all made my day!
