A Prayer Request
Nov 14th, 2005 at 6:20pm

Hello All,
Just wanted the MM family to keep me in Prayer.  I am leaving for Stanford on Nov 17th.  My surgery is actually schedule for Nov 23rd. On the 18th i do have a Xenon(spelling) test schedule and i guess some other test.  I am so nervous, scared and anxious at the same time.   I am praying all goes well and one day get back to some sort of a normal life.
I would also like to say thanks to you all for providing me with info when i had question.
I will keep you all posted.
Cheryl

CHERYL, MY GIRL!!!!!!!!!!

I will be praying, thinking of you during your surgery!  I am sure you will come through it with (in?) flying colors.  I'm sure I'll be talking to you and seeing you as we are coming in on the same day and I'll be there during your surgery.  Don't be nervous - as Shane would say, you're in Superman's hands!!

Talk to you soon,
Trina

Hi Cheryl,

You will be in my thoughts and prayers as you go for testing and surgery at Stanford.

You are in excellent hands at Stanford. Dr. Steinberg and Teresa are awesome. Stanford's MoyaMoya program is superior and they have it down to a science. It's great to have Trina there at the same time as she will be a lot of help and comfort to you. She's been there - done that. Besides, I'm sure Trina appreciates the opportunity to check on you. It gives her more exposure to the single docs. She's shopping you know. Smiley

Hugs,

Lore

Hi Cheryl,

I, too, am looking forward to meeting you!  You will have many prayers coming your way, people who (as Lore said) have "been there, done that", and the best medical team around caring for you!

Try not to let your nerves get the best of you . . . it will all be fine.  See you in a few days!

Big Smiley,
Jill
