new technology?

Hi, I haven't been here in a LONG TIME.  I've been 'surviving', and am getting ready for my second surgery.  My boyfriend sent this to me and it's really interesting.  Might be something we (Moya-Moya sufferers) can look forward to as significant treatment option.

Hi Lee,

Nice to see you back . . . it has been a long time, but I'm glad to hear you're hanging in there.  When is your second surgery scheduled?

Just wanted to ask if you meant to include a link with your post (or is it just me that can't see what you were referring to?).  Would love to read whatever it is that your boyfriend found.

Please let us know about your surgery, o.k.?

Smiley, Jill

Jill,

I'm so sorry!  LOL!  I've been functioning under some serious sleep deprivation.  Between trying to finish up all of my college courses early and prepare for my finals before my surgery; well, I've been busy.  My surgery is Nov. 23rd, the day before Thanksgiving.

But, anyway...here's the link that I meant to post in the original topic.

I hope it works, because it's really interesting.  Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

I saw this article yesterday as well and meant to go back to it and read it, but never had a chance.  Thanks for providing the link and reminding me that I wanted to read it.
