Complication after Cerebral Arteriogram
Dec 16th, 2005 at 9:48pm

Hi everyone,

My first complication after surgery happened yesterday when I was taken to the hospital in real bad leg pain. I did not have this type of pain the first time I had angiogram done in May. I had another one on Nov.29, 2005 and this one felt like someone had hit me real hard I woke up with the pain. The site where the doctors cut hurt. Now the site is not raised up, look red and have a rash. It is fine but that area is killig me. The pain shoots down my leg into my foot.

Has any one expereinced a sensation of tngling, pain and like soneone has pured hot water on your feet? Is so what did the doctor say was causing it. This sensation I have had in both feet at various times in my disease progression. The doctors tell me that mine is something to do with my nerves and they gave me two types of medication. One for my pain and other for nerves. At first they thought I had a blood clot!! A scary thought.  Sad But my leg looked fine.

The pain is constant and I can not walk or sit down for long period of time.

Can anyone help me understand this feeling in my right leg?

yassi
