From what I’ve read, accutane has some serious possible side effects, one of them being increased pressure in your brain, so I would have to say, it’s all together possible, that accutane could seriously affect a person having moyamoya disease, but as far as it being the cause of MM, or speed the process, you couldn’t really say, the cause of MMD is unknown.
