A while back I had some twiching in my left hand. I would call it more of a twich that violent shaking, But, I do think when was happening to me was a symptom. I was put on a seizure med and it stopped.

I hope this helps a little. And I hope you can stop shaking!

hi,
actually i was at the beach the other day and i had a "shaking episode"... basically my right chest, shoulder and upper arm were shaking (not intensely, more like vibrations)... was slightly concerning but i just put it down to moyamoya and general lack of blood to several areas of my brain!!
i don't think it was a seizure, it did last a while but it was very isolated and subtle... i'm already on anti-seizure medication...
anyway... hopefully most of these things will be cleared up soon!!

Hi Moody,
My daughter Mandy after having several strokes could not even sit up and her whole body shook really bad, but when you laid her down it would stop like a switch was turned off, she was in extremely bad shape though. After her surgery it just disapeared like it never had happened. Hope this helps.

Hi Moody,

My brother Kevin has tremors/shaking in his hands. Sometimes it is really severe. I thought the tremors were only worse when he used his hands a lot however, that theory has been shot down. He experiences constant tremors/shaking in his hands. He went to the doctor last week and the doctor is going to prescribe something for him to help him with the tremors/shaking in his hands. He had to have blood work done (Friday) before the doctor will prescribe the drug. I will know the name of the drug once Kevin's blood work comes back from the lab.  As soon as I know the name of the drug I will let you know. Perhaps the drug is something you can ask your doctor about in terms of helping you with any tremors/shaking.
