Before his stroke and subsequent surgeries for MM, my son complained about the sunlight being too bright (it was in Jan!) and I didn't realize the sign that it was.  Vision problems are common with stroke.  A few years later, he was having sensitivity to light and the neurologist put him back on aspirin therapy (1/2 childrens/day).  He also was experiencing episodes of garbled speech.  An MRI/MRA showed nothing to be concerned with.  Its been about 3-4 yrs and no problems since.  (He is still on aspirin)
Have you checked with your neurologists?

I had posted a while ago about vision problems as well.  I've been wearing glasses (now contacts) since I was 7.  I also experience what was once described to me as "optical migraines."  It basically is like when someone takes your picture and you blink and see the flash for a couple of minutes.  I think it's like a visual TIA of sorts although I dont get the "tingly" feeling that I usually get when I have a TIA.  Anyway, my eye doc gives me field-of-vision tests to monitor any nerve damage.  I have some damage, but not significant.

Please forgive my bad spelling. Since the surgery in 2004 sometimes I will have trouble with spelling even the simple words don't look right. Just laugh with me! Smiley
