Hi everybody

I just got home from my doctors appointment at Columbia. This appointment was a follow up to the Cerebral Angio that I had a few weeks back (different doctor and hospital). The good news is that they were able to directly compare my angio from 18 months ago to my recent one....GOOD NEWS....everything appears stable...no changes in 18 months.....
Bad news is that they did not confirm the dysection diagnosis, but indicated that it is very possible. MM was mentioned, but again not very likely.....so, it looks like I am being placed in the AVM bucket. So, next step....time to contact Dr. Steinberg for "just in case" opinion.
TCD-CO2 challenge test also showed no change. CT-Perfusion showed that the blood is getting everywhere it needs, just a slower than the right side.
More good news...they finally gave me permission to start living life again...ok, actually it was permission to start doing more excercise...finally...back to the gym....my old home away from home....the advice...take it easy for a while...but get things moving again...slowly.
Needless to say, no change is good news.....still there...but not changing....better than the alternative.
Thanks again to everyone for their support.....(I think I've got be one of the longest diagnostic timings on here, or at least the most confusing).

Thanks again,
Greg
