Hey guys (and gals),

Thanks so much for the birthday wishes. Sorry to be brief, but the new job is already exhausting me - I had to call in sick twice already, one of those days ON my birthday. I think I'll have to move out to CA more quickly than I thought!

Thanks again for the wishes and I'll update all soon on my goings on, as soon as I can catch my breath...literally.

I am sooooooooo sorry that I forgot your birthday. The sad thing is that I remembered the day of your birthday, but didn't get a chance to send a card or call. I've been sick as well. Just got over strep throat and bronchitis all in one shot. LOL! I hope you had a great day and it was as special as you are.

Hi all,

Sorry for the delayed reply. I want to thank everyone for your wishes (including those who kindly emailed me, especially those who seemed to begrudgingly go off their normal routine and email as a tit-for-tat measure

it's still greatly appreciated).

It means a lot that you remember me, despite my minimal presence on the board lately. As a couple of you know, my life has been difficult, to say the least, since last April. 2008 will bring more changes, but hopefully only enough for me to handle.

But as my mother says, there is always someone out there who has it worse than me, and I believe that is very true, so I digress.

Do know, that I may not always be online but I am thinking of you all.

I hope everyone had and will have a great holiday, and I wish you a prosperous and healthy 2008!
