hi everyone,
i hope and pray everyone is well
just want to update you about butch
he is well and he is having his surgery as i write to all of you
he has  recovered well and he is great they cancelled his surgery and he got to rest tues. today he went in at 1140 and it seems like it will take forever for this surgery to get over.
after he got home he became to slur his speach and when he is trying to speak something he has trouble getting the word out. but other then that he is good
tired, which everyone has that
to all the patients that we here katie, connie and sheana  i pray that all of you are healing well and it was really nice to meet all of you and to have some here to support you through this.  i will update about butch after surgery and see how he feels after the 2nd one

I am glad to hear he is doning well. It will take some time. Butch is luck you have a wife like you to let us know how he is doing so we can pray for him. I hope he will have a sucessful and speedy recovery. Everyone recovers in thier own time.

Hi Chinaya,

Thanks for the update on Butch.

Glad to hear Butch is doing well.  Sounds like he did so well he over did it but at least it sounds like he got to rest before his next surgery.

It's good to hear you have other MM patients and their families there to support you. that is always a comfort and a blessing.

Stay strong, keep the faith and I will pray for Butch and you.

I look forward to your next update.

Hi Chinaya,
I'll be sending positive thoughts and fervent prayers that this last surgery is also a great success. Lots of us have had some temporary speech problems after surgery, so please don't worry too much about it. It usually resolves itself, though it's some what surprising and a little frightening when it first happens. For several months after my surgeries I found that if I became stressed or over tired, I'd slur a word now and then. Butch needs make every effort to get plenty of rest and relaxation. That's probably good advice for everyone, surgery or not.
