It's not unusual for fatigue to be a factor in recovery. From your previous posts, it looks like you have alot on your plate, and I wonder if you're not getting the rest you need to finish yours.
There could be other factors, too. First, you should always keep in touch with your doctor anytime you have a question such as this. There may be something that he can identify to suggest/help your personal situation. Ruling out physical causes for your tiredness, I've always felt that there isn't enough credit given to the emotional toll that surgery takes on people. While you have every reason to celebrate the step you've taken (treatment), it's still a difficult one. I've seen people experience grief, anger, sadness, "why me?", etc. in addition to the obvious joy of knowing that surgery is over. It may be worth thinking about the possibility of some depression going on.
I'm not a doctor or nurse, and I certainly don't know your specific case. I've seen enough people go through some of what I listed above though, so thought I'd mention it. Be patient with yourself and give yourself the time to recover. Sometimes it takes longer than you would like it to! Also, keep in touch with the professionals who provided your care.
Wishing the best for you, Jill
