Hi,

I was on the chat site last night and the subject of Medical IDs came up.  The girls wanted to know the web site I went to.  Here it is:
MedIDs.com
is where I got Annamarie's.  This way if something happens at school and she is taken to ER they will know what is wrong with her.  Hope this helps others.  There are other places to order, this is the one I chose.

MedIDs.com is what we used, too.  They have a free wallet card that can be personalized and printed out, which was nice (we've all taken advantage of that).  A couple of the other sites are:
