I don't speak Spanish but might have some suggestions.
Are you looking for a conversation re: moyamoya?
A doctors office might be able to help translate medical things. Stanford should have a translator. Or are you looking for someone who can chat easily? If you live near a school there might be someone there, in a Spanish class maybe, who could help.
I live in California and many people are Spanish speaking.
Hope you find who/what you need.
