headache lights in vision dizzy

Okay has this happened to anyone else... I been having a bad headache, I get dizzy, I sometimes can not say words right, I get lights in my vision, and run into things and sometimes I trip over nothing. I called the doc Thursday, but I never got a called back, (yet) So I know I should go to the er, I mean I don't think its right, you know what I mean, I tried to get my husband to take me yesterday, but he said "" your fine, you probably took to much medicine! don't worry and think you always need to go to the hospital" well I mean I have not taken that much meds I take what it says to take, never more than I am suppose to, and if it was to much med, shouldn't I go anyways? I mean its pretty serious if you over does on medicine. urgh! I do not know what to do, I do not want to over worry about nothing, but man, it scares me and it should after everything I have been through!. so has anyone else had these symptoms ?

Ruptured aneurysm, 10-04-08
repaired 10-06-08 and one aneurysm 10-11-08 clipped 10-20-08

You can't self diagnoses yourself. Before I fould out I had mm the doctors found two aneurysms that had to be coiled. I was lucky. Don't put this on meds. Get it checked out. Sharon

GO to the ER!!! Tell your husband that you can't mess around with MM. Before I was diagnosed with MM I had a stroke and I blamed it on medication. I was WRONG almost DEAD WRONG. Your body has warning signes that can not be ignored. I would get mecdical attention even if you have to ask your neighbor to take you there I would get there. Not to make you paniky but you have to think of your self. I am SHOCKED and Disapointed in your Nurologest for not getting back to you that day. I would let him/her know that that is not acceptibal!!! I had an issue recently where my migrains were getting extreemly bad just like before i had my stroke so I called him. About an hour laterhe called me and he told me what to do and he made an apointment or the next day. It just truned out to be I was getting used to my medication and he had to switch me to something else but know I know.
