Apparently when you turn 41, life starts speeding up. A month and a half after the wedding, on the 2nd anniversary of my first stroke, Darin and I found out we are expecting. Not a big tax refund, although that would be cool too, but a baby. At the rate we are going, we expect to have him/her enrolled in college by the end of 2010.

We are disagreeing on names, so any ideas, feel free to throw them in the hat Wink

Of course we won't know the sex for a while, but if the big guy is listening to my prayers, it will be twins....think positive!

Hope this finds everyone well and will see the picnic-goers in May!

WOW. Great news!

I'm so happy for you.

Seems fortuitous that you gain realization of continued life on the anniversary of your stroke.

Regarding names:
I have been following the progress of Luca and her family (thank you Mark!) and have been so impressed with her sweetness, stamina and the the benefit her experiences have had on all those who read about her or know her....so I vote for Luca! good name for a girl or a boy!
