fever right after edas (Read 2219 times)

wllanos New Poster Offline I Love MM.com! Posts: 4	fever right after edas Apr 1^st, 2009 at 1:44am Maybe I'm just freaking out, but my brother just had edas surgery and is now running a 102 degree fever? They think its respiratory, cultures went out and not back. He just had the surgery this morning.

Are you able to talk with his doctor? It sounds like they are right on top of his care. Don't hesitate to ask them questions. The doctors helped as much as they could. In my case I was not sick, it was just my body recating to the stress of the surgery. If you have any questions I would not hesitate to ask the doctors helping your brother. I hope and I will pray for things to be well. Becky
