Ear Infection causes TIA
May 20th, 2009 at 4:21pm

Yesterday Robert had his second TIA since surgery (2.5 years), peditrictian dx Ear infection, prescribed amoxcillian, Nurologist thinks maybe infection caused pressure on temporal artery causing TIA may also been associated fever and such.

Robert is fine and doing hand springs about end of school,

Off baby asprin of course until everything is cleared up

Just thought it may be of interest to everyone, cuz as neuro said its just amzing how a simple ear infection can trigger a TIA in a MMer

Hey Mike

Glad to hear Robert isn't holding back on the activities.

Just wanted to add that we are of the belief that a flu infection triggered Luca's second stroke.
