Thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear they will proceed with surgery. I've had many friends praying. Their prayers helped us when we were going through this 9 yrs ago.

I haven't posted, but I have been following your story. You are in my prayers. Glad to hear they will do surgery.
Thinking of you,

My daughter had a stroke in Dec. at 15 i was told then she has had multiple strokes and the masive one..  I was told then she had MoyaMoya and it runs with a disorder I and both my girls have called Neurofibromatosis.. I am still in shock.  I just took her back to Little Rock and they did another MRI MRA and said she is still having multiple tiny strokes on left and now starting to have them on the right as well.  her first surgery is April 14th.  they have not done antirgams or any other . they said with NF and MoyaMoya surgery had to be done.  I'm new to this too.  I'm praying for you, your son and your family.  i created this web site to keep everyone updated.  http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/elizabethrosencutter... feel free to contact me at mom2nfautism@yahoo.com  ((hugs))
