Surgery support for international patients

Hello,
me and my fmily moved back to our home country (india) from the US last year. We are blessed with a baby boy (now 6 months of age) Unfortunately he has been diagnosed of moyamoya and the doctors here in India are recommending surgery. Since I have been in the US for quite some time, I used my contacts in US to see opinions from doctors in the US,
They are recommending surgery too. We were thinking of flying our son into US, but now we being international patients, the costs are huge. 200K USD. Does anyone know what options I have financially?
