So, I posted back in April and August about my situation.

Totally asymptomatic - left side moyamoya discovered by accident. 

Consult with Dr Scott at Children's and he advised waiting for a bit.  Saw the surgeon he recommended at Brigham and Womens.  Had profusion test done and a repeat CT.  Since CT showed no progression of the disease and profusion tests showed some abnormality but my collateral vessels seem strong, they are advising I wait another six months and have another follow up CT.  If there is no progression there, they will have me wait 9 months and do another CT.  All of this assuming I remain asymptomatic.

So we wait again.  Trying to just live my life but hard not to feel like I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop.  I have a lot of trust in the surgeon and neurologist on my team though so I'm trying to hang in there and be positive.
