Hi DJ,

Do you have any idea exactly how many people on this website have mm.  When my sister was diagnosed in 12/97 = I thought that this disease was so rare.  Now, I feel there are more people being diagnosed or is this website bringing them together?

Not sure exactly what the number is but i HAS to be higher than the 1 in 2,000,000 estimate that the Iowa study put out a few years ago.

Don't know whether it's the website that's bringing out more families, or whether moyamoya is just more widely known in the medical community now?

All I know is now everyone who has to find out about moyamoya now has a place to go for support!  I'm glad about that.........

What time is the chat on Saturday?  I am bringing my 3 daughters to see "ONce Upon a Mattress" in Greenwich Village at 2:00pm.  Will the chat be later----and forgive me, I have never been in a chat room in my life----DJ could you just give some basic instructions?  I should be home from NYC about 6:30, so if the chat is at night, EST, I would love to be there.......would love to talk live......Patti Smiley Smiley Wink
