If the calendar is correct, you're having surgery today at Stanford.  Tara, Jillayne and myself wish you the best of luck (and the best surgeon!!).  Keep your spirits up and know that all of us are cheering for you.

Kristina,

You know I'm thinking of you today and praying along with the rest of your family that you do as well as the first and be able to put all this behind you soon.

Hang in there! Smiley

God bless,
Mar

Thank you to all!!  All of your prayers worked for me! I am so lucky to survive both surgeries.  My blood flow went from 2 to 31 on the right side and 4 to 45 on the left side.  Dr S was concerned about the left side and that the blood flow is too much.  He ordered an MRI; the results were fine.

It is important that my blood pressure is not high.  I am taking Zestril as needed for BP.  This past Thursday when I was traveling home, I started to get bad headaches.  Every four hours I take tylonol to reduce the headache.  I have to nap during the day as well.
I am so lucky that I did not suffer speech or vision problems after the surgeries.

Teresa has told me that we can try to have children after my follow up (in November)  Smiley

Thank you for your concerns and prayers; I am truly blessed for having all of you.   Kiss

Kristina!  So glad that you have this behind you and you are doing well! Best wishes for you to feel better each day and to have a good report in Nov.  Smiley
Enjoy your naps while you can, once ya'll get to add little ones to the mix, it gets harder to fit a nap in! Smiley  Take care, Tricia
