Thanks to this website, I have learned a lot about my early stages of moyamoya!!!  So thank you everyone for that information!!!!  I have one question though?  What is a right double STA-MCA bypass?  Will they be doing two surgeries on the right side? Or one with two bypasses?  HELP!  Please!
