A-1 segment artery missing

Hi all

My son Brad went for an angio yesturday. Its been 8 month since he had his surgery done.  Last month  an MRA showed that his A-1 segment wasnt visualized. The Angio that he had done yesturday  confirmed that. Has anyone else ever been told this? We have to wait and have a sit down with his surgeon but I was just wondering what anyone else was told about this.
