Emily -

Bet your hair is adorable!  My daughter Kate cut her hair off really short (it is really curly) and looked like Betty Boop.  So cute.  It has really grown a lot in 2 and a half months.  Scars are pretty well hidden.  She is even keeping it really short.

You are on my  Smiley and in my prayers, now and especially on Thursday.  I know all will go well and you will soon be well.

Hi Emily, you added a reply to my last post about my little girl going for the surgery. I love all your comments on this site, refreshing and open and upbeat, and being British (or should I say Welsh) I knew exactly what the word 'whinge' meant Smiley

But your hair looks cute, Lydia has really long blonde hair, when she goes for her op I have no idea how much hair they cut off, she is always nagging me for short hair anyway!

Just to say good luck, and looking forward to your post op lowdown in your own  unique style

xx

Emily,

I was so hoping you didn't have to cut off your dreads but it sounds like you have found a new awesome do. Sometimes change is good.

I will be thinking about you as you go for surgery.

Do keep us posted on your progress.

Hugs,

Lore

Emily-

Im sure your hair looks great! I did not cut my hair before surgery and wish i had- it was so gross afterwards that i wanted to shave it off. Best of luck with your surgery. you will be in my thoughts.

Hi Emily,

I'm guessing that you're probably in surgery right now.  We're definitely saying prayers that all is going well, and look forward to hearing an update from someone in your family.

You'll be back here before you know it (dreads or not) and things will be fine.  Can't wait to hear from you whenever you're up to it!

Hugs from California,
Jill
