Legs and arms ache
May 12th, 2009 at 11:50pm

For the last three months my legs and arm have ached and have been weak. Is this a symptom that my mm is progressing. I also have heart disease but don't know what doctor to go to. My neurologist or cardiologist. Would appreciate anyones advice.

Hi Sharon

I would say go and see both as soon as possible. It sounds like it could be linked to either mm or your heart. Don't take any chances.

Good luck

Hi Sharon,

Yes I agree with Mark, you should go to see your Neurologist and cardiologist, although if the pain is in both sides, it will probably be related to a neurologic symptom (I don't know). How is the pain? is episodic? I mean, how much does it last? which is the sensation you have? I am asking this because my daughter Paula has episodes in her hands and she speaks about them as "pain", but this symptom is not normal in TIAs and Dr.s are a bit confused about her episodes ...

Regards,

Paula
