Our 3 yrs old boy has this diseases and Im lookin for nearby (Middle east,India,Malaysia,turkey ...) Hospitals ... I thinks we can not afford doing this surgery in US,Iran economic condition is Harsh

I don't know of any.....But I live in Columbia ,Maryland and my son is 7yrs old and he just had surgery done on March 25th 2013!!!! His surgery was done at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore ,Maryland..... He had the best surgeon in life and he is so wonderful with my son!!!! Johns Hopkins Hospital fly patients from all over the world here to get all types of surgery done!!!! My son doctors name is Edward Ahn. He works at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore,Maryland a very great Hospital world wide!!!!

i don't know if this will be of help, but want to try. the architect office i work for does a lot of healthcare work, and some in Doha, so i googled moyamoya in Qatar and found a paper with this info:

Yes I talked to both Boston and Stanford, as well as Japan, these are all out of reach for us living in Iran, I talked to Nadia Khan, INI in Germany and GOSH UK...

We will try INI, it is the closest one(Germany), meanwhile Im waiting for any positive response from Dubai or Qatar,

I have posted the details on the forum but here they are again

Hello all,
WE are from India, but moved to the US (for no one wanted to touch our son of 6 months ) to perform surgery for Moyamoya. However, during my frantic search, I was able to find Doctors who were willing to perform surgery on toddlers/ adults with moyamoya.
Dr. Lokesh Lingappa (Rainbow Hospital, Hyderabad) He is a neurologist, but has contacts with neurosurgeons who can help. He mostly recommends Dr. Manas Panighari (From KIMS Hoppital, Hyderabad)
Drs. from AIIMS , New Delhi also perform the surgery I understand.
Dr Charudutt Apte: Shayadri Hospital, Pune, Maharashtra.

he sounds like he was nearly the same age as our son when he had 3 severe strokes. our child had to relearn to talk each time. continue to work with him and talk to him often, play games with word associations with pictures, etc. the positives of this at such a young age are the remarkable ability of the brain to remap neural pathways.
