Hi.  My name is Talisa.  I've been diagnosed with Moyamoya.  I was misdiagnosed 23 months ago with Moyamoya "like" disease.  I finally went for a second opinion.  This Dr. is referring me to Stanford and I am scheduled for tests next month.
I feel so many emotions right now:  >:( anger at the original doctor.  Relief that I'm not crazy.  Anxiety waiting until next month for tests as well as fear.   :'( .  I want surgery TOMORROW and I want to feel better.
