Anyone know any foods that are prone to trigger seizures? Ijust suffered my second attack lastr week since my last surgery. Please respond. Thanks.

Hi doug,
i think different things are triggers for different people. I know in Mitchell's case, i haven't found a food that triggers a seizure, but if he gets overtired, he will have a seizure, and also being in a swimming pool triggered t i a's. I have heard of one girl who had seizures, after having anything with caffeine. Sorry I couldn't be of much help, I hope you find your answers.
