Posts: 24 Groton, USA, CT, Connecticut Gender:	question on diamox May 8^th, 2004 at 1:54am TJ just had her spec scan yesterday, and afterwards you would have sworn she'd gone a couple rounds with tyson. She had coordination problems for approximately 30 min, and then the migraine took hold. As of this evening she still has a migraine, and I was wondering if anyone else reacted the same way. Thanks to everyone here. Joe

Hi Joe,

See subject "Spect test" sometime in April. A few of us have been sick from the Diamox. The last time I had a SPECT (2 months ago) was the worst as the problems I felt from the Diamox last 24 hours. I was a little concerned but the doc told me to try and drink tonic water. Something about CO2, or phosphates or something??? I don't know why but it helped a bit.

I loved your description of "a couple of rounds with Tyson"!! Couldn't have explained it better!
