Hi - I was diagnosed with moyamoya in 2003 when I was in kindergarten.  I am now in 10th grade and taking an Advanced Honors science course.  One of the requirements this year is a science fair project.  Part of my project will be to prove (or dis-prove) some of the theories regarding causation of the disease.  That's where I need your help.  If you are willing to complete a survey on your experience, please e-mail me privately at wm.science14@gmail.com.  I promise you that the survey will be as anonymous as possible.
