My  daughter Kelsey had the Surgery with Dr Scott almost 12 years ago, and suffered a terrible debilitating post surgery stroke.  Haven't been on this site in a long time, and quite frankly local doctors still don't know much about moyamoya.  Wondering if people are taking medicines other than 81mg aspirin for moyamoya now a days?

yes!

there a many medications available and some might or might not be appropriate to an individuals unique circumstances

i'd suggest talking with your neurologist to learn more.  it could be that aspirin is appropriate in this circumstance, or it could be that something else might be helpful
